Last 2 weeks I went for this so called employee-development-couching-and-mentoring-skill-workshop. What I got from it? I discover that Im a person that kinda easy-to-get-to-know, would prefer practical than theory, a good mixer (huhaa.. bleh sokmo buat kek ngan beskot raye), feel free to do what I feel like to, prefer to be introduced rather than introducing maself, following a schedule might appeals me, like to talk easily to almost anyone (as for me, this might be kinda bad behaviour), takes time to listen (and understand and decide too), and yet.. involves personal feelings in making decision, always notice when ppl need support, passionate heart, hide truth so the other person wont hurt (this is so not me), gentle with ppl, mercy with others, bleeding heart, softy, weak, (these are so me.. huhu.. hate to admit this), take things personally, dislikes surprise and need advance warnings, decisive, can be too close minded, get things doen fast, more serious, firm and controlled, organized, emphathetic, likes simple solutions, wants others to agree and expect credit for work done (wahlauweiii... this one I think really suits me.. kukuiikuii)
Tak faham ke? In summary, I found out that Im a friendly helper, Im an extrovert (but not pervert at all), feeler but not thinker, a judger rather than perceiver and a sensor rather than intuitive.
